What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email us at info@mylittlezone.com with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
What is your return policy for Mama & Baby Care products?
We accept returns of Mama & Baby Care products that are unused and returned in their original, sealed packaging. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, in which case we cover the cost.
Are returns free?
We offer free returns on damaged or defective items. For other returns, shipping fees may apply.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
Please contact us with a photo and description, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Can I exchange for a different size or print?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
