What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email us at info@mylittlezone.com with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and send a return label if eligible.
Are returns free?
We offer free returns on damaged or defective items. For other returns, a small return shipping fee may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
Please contact us with a photo and description, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Can I exchange for a different size or print?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
